Part 2) : Introduction to Traditional Small Circle Yang Style Tai Chi
- The 24 Form done in Traditional Tai Chi style. Beginners will learn the opening movements, the 6 form first, existing students the 12, and finally those ready the whole 24 Form.
Participants will be able to take away useful tools to build a personal daily practice of their own, assisting in relaxation, greater vitality and health.
Taoist Ba Duan Jin is a beautiful Qi Gong sequence which takes about 10 minutes to do and is easy to learn. This is one of the oldest health exercises in China and has been used in various forms by most martial artists in China to strengthen and open their bodies.
Traditional Small Circle Tai Chi is an incredibly gentle form of Tai Chi, with emphasis placed on the yin aspects, which nourish our vitality.
It is ideal for developing Qi sensitivity as well as strengthening the Dantian or Hara.
My personal interest in Tai Chi is as a therapy, both for the body and the mind.
If you're nervous system is weak or you have bodily pain then it can really help. I know from experience!
Likewise if you experience anxiety based disorders or other forms of emotional / mental discomfort, then this kind of sensitive Tai Chi can be extremely helpful. Again I know from my personal experience.

Personel Tai Chi Tutorials
I offer private 1-1 Tai Chi sessions for students who wish to have more individual attention. It is a very different feeling to class teaching and I recommend it, if you are able. This is how I learnt myself in China.
I generally allow the student to direct the class and I will offer everything I can to support their interest. At the same time, I will do what I can do draw attention to areas which might be improved on.
Cost : 1-1 50 Eur / hour on pre-agreement. I may also charge for travel time if I visit a student at their home or office.
